Are your Cookie made to order?

Yes, all cookies are made to order.

When will my order be ready for pick-up?

Orders placed by 2 PM on Tuesday will be ready for pickup on Wednesday. Orders placed after 2 PM on Tuesday will be available the following Wednesday.

 

Pickup hours: Wednesdays from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM.

 

For custom orders on different days or delivery options, feel free to reach out!

Do you offer gluten-free options?

At this time, we do not offer gluten-free options.

Where are your cookies made?

Our cookies are baked in a home kitchen that follows all health and safety regulations.

How can I place an order?

How much notice for large orders?

Please reach out to me at least 48 hours in advance! If the order is larger than 6 dozen, please contact me 72 hours in advance.

 

Do you offer delivery?

How are the cookies packaged?

Orders are packaged in a cookie box. If you would like each cookie individually wrapped inside the box (with sticker), please reach out to me!

Yes! Please reach out to me for more information of custom cookie flavors and packaging!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is required at the time the order is placed.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any order cancellations or returns.
